Welcome to CineQ ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (https://cine-q.vercel.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before accessing the application.
1. Acceptance & Fair Use
CineQ provides a premium, ad-free movie and TV series tracking platform. You agree to use this service strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, exploit database endpoints, scrape TMDB metadata systematically, or bypass security features.
2. Account Security & Google OAuth
To use full watchlist synchronization, you may authenticate using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked Google account credentials. CineQ processes authentication securely using official Google APIs and Google Cloud Firestore, ensuring strict data isolation per user.
3. Intellectual Property & API Data
CineQ utilizes the TMDB API to fetch high-fidelity media metadata (movie posters, casting, summaries, and ratings). All media assets, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective copyright holders. CineQ does not claim ownership of TMDB metadata or media posters.
4. Termination & Autonomy
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to users who violate these terms. You maintain complete autonomy over your data and can permanently delete your account and clear all Firestore records instantly at any time from your settings panel.
5. Limitation of Liability
